Licenced Letting Agent/Property Manager

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Licenced Letting Agent/Property Manager to be based at our Leeson Street office.

The appointed candidate will be responsible for letting and managing a private portfolio of individual units to include property viewings, tenant selection, reference screening, drawing up lease agreements, inventories, setting up standing orders, registration with the RTB and other administrative duties.

Management to include liaising with both the landlord and tenant, property inspections, dealing with contractors and final utility bills.

A car owner is essential for this role and candidates must also have a full driving license.

All applicants must be eligible for, or hold, a PSRA Type C licence.

Assistant Property/Asset Administrator

Role & Responsibilities

Liaising with tenants who occupy various properties and following up on particular actions by way of telephone calls, emails and keeping an accurate record of same.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, maintenance operatives, local authorities and legal representatives on all property issues.
Reviewing, formatting and preparing reporting documentation and correspondence to a high standard.
Assisting with invoice processing as required.
Preparing summary reports in Excel.
Ensure property management database is up to date and accurate.
Assisting other property asset managers in the execution of their responsibilities.
General administrative duties.

Education standard/ Skills

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative/property position.
Excellent typing skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Some experience with residential valuations beneficial.
A flexible, positive attitude towards work.
Excellent attention to detail.
An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A professional telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills.
An ability to prioritise own workload.
PSRA licence holder or qualifications to obtain same.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be in line with current industry standards and will be appropriate to the candidate interviewed.
