When “ WYSE” was founded in 1980 by Joe Wyse, it was an exciting but difficult period within the construction industry which was principally driven through the introduction of Section 23 Tax Incentives. It was also recognised through our European neighbours that apartment living was the way forward.

That has proved to be a reality. 

There is also a sense of optimism as you see the tower cranes encroaching our sky line again.  

We celebrated 35 years as market leaders in the management of Residential and Commercial developments, Sales and Lettings together with our expanding Asset Management division.

The fundamental role of the Property Manager has not changed greatly over the years, but a new era has dawned, and I refer to the enactment of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (“MUD ACT”) and the formation of the Property Services Regulatory Authority. We are confident that these will assist greatly in maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism within our industry.

Whilst there is a general recovery within our economy, we remain fully committed to delivering the best service whilst curtailing costs to an acceptable level. We continue to work closely with our clients in helping to achieve the very best standards obtainable.

We are mindful of the ever changing demands on the resources of our client's and to this end, we continue to review our operating procedures. Our staff training procedures are constantly updated to ensure that our operating procedures and Information Technology is up to the task.

We are confident that we can continue to give our present and future clients, the comfort and assurance that their properties and management company affairs are in safe hands.
