Our popular Let & Manage service means you don’t have to worry about any of the typical landlord headaches normally associated with managing your rental property. You’re no longer on call 24 hours a day. You never have to find a plumber in the middle of the night. You don’t even have to worry about collecting the rent. That’s because we do everything for you!
Please Note: The services outlined below are in addition to those provided for by our “Let Only” service.
Check In/Check Out. We handle everything from tenant check in at the beginning of the lease to a final inspection and return of deposit at the end of the tenancy.
Rent Collection. With Let & Manage, rent arrears and wondering if you’ve been paid are a thing of the past. We collect your rent monthly, transfer it electronically to your bank account and send you a monthly remittance.
Tenant Contact. Your tenant never contacts you directly. Your assigned property manager communicates directly with both parties.
Inspections. We inspect your rental property every quarter and immediately deal with any necessary repairs or maintenance. A full inspection is also carried out at the end of the tenancy.
Repairs & Maintenance. Our network of reliable contractors and our own in-house maintenance team can quickly and efficiently deal with any maintenance or repair issues.
Tax. If you are a landlord based overseas, we can act as agent for collecting taxes due on your property and submitting the withholding tax to the revenue.
Let & Manage Fee
- Letting Fee: 5% of the annual rent negotiated.
- Management Fee: 10% of the monthly rent collected
- Fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
