Before you arrive
A property manager will be assigned to you. Before you arrive they will discuss your requirements with you such as, property type, location, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, rental level, public transport requirements and other facilities.
We will then contact you with a number of suitable properties and attend viewings with you.
Personally Conducted Viewings
Once you’ve decided on the properties you’d like to see, we’ll happily make the viewings as easy as possible for you or your clients.
We will meet with you at each property and get a better understanding of your requirements, to handle all negotiations on your behalf.
Signing the Agreement
Once you have found your new home, we will negotiate the terms of your tenancy agreement and we will help you in transferring utilities to your name and helping you in any other way we can.
